COVID-19 Update

An important message to our customers - Trading during COVID-19 - Update: 29/06/20

Dear all,

We are delighted to be reopening our doors to our customers on June 30th.

To help avoid the spread of COVID-19 we have new measures in place throughout the store and we’re operating a modified service.

.
We request that you follow these basic instructions to keep all of our staff and customers safe in these unusual new times.

To allow social distancing we will have to restrict the number of people in the store; we recommend you call and make an appointment before coming to the store; if the shop is busy, we may ask you to wait outside until someone else has left.
  • Wash your hands when entering and exiting the store or
  • Use the hand sanitizer provided throughout the store
  • Please do not touch any products including motorcycles without first talking with a member of staff.
  • Respect social distancing with all members of staff and other customers
  • Adhere to the signs in shop and follow one way systems
Departments:
  • SERVICE: Please call to make any service or repair bookings: drop off and collection is contactless and we’ll ask you to pay by card over the phone for any work carried out: at this time, we request that customers avoid waiting in store for service work
  • SALES: Appointments recommended – ALL demos must be pre-booked 24 hours in advance
  • PARTS: Please order and pay for parts by phone: contactless collection is available
  • CLOTHING: All customers visiting our clothing department must be accompanied by a member of staff. We therefore strongly recommend you call to make an appointment in advance.
  • TRAINING: Closed until further notice, please keep an eye on Facebook for updates.
We are new to this situation, as are you, so please be patient.

While we would normally encourage all bikers to pop in for a coffee and a chat, we regret that the pandemic & government advice means that we would ask you to postpone any social visits until the current situation improves.

Stay Safe and we look forward to seeing you soon.

The Two Wheels Team.
